Washington United Town Hall and Canvass:

Building the Marriage Majority

Saturday, March 10th at 10 a.m.

Spokane Falls Community College

Building 24, Room 110

3410 W Fort Wright Drive

Spokane, WA 99224

Last month, Governor Gregoire signed marriage equality into law here in Washington State. The same day, our opponents filed a referendum to repeal the freedom to marry and have already announced a million dollar pledge from out of state. Join us on March 10th to learn how you can be involved in Washington United for Marriage, the campaign to win and protect marriage equality.

We will be looking at where the campaign sits at this moment, what you can do to help, and how Spokane can be the deciding factor in victory this November.

But wait! That’s not all. Immediately following the town hall we will be holding a canvass for those ready and willing to make an impact today. Face-to-face conversations are the most effective way to spread the message about marriage equality and in order to approve Referendum 74 this fall, we will need to have as many of those conversations as possible. Please come ready to canvass, in warm clothes and comfortable shoes.
