Workplace Canvassing Training & Canvass
Help build Spokane’s community readiness by joining PJALS and Washington Neighborhood Defense (WAND) for a workplace rights canvassing training and canvass on Saturday, May 16.
Participants will learn how to share workplace know-your-rights information, distribute rapid response tools, and practice conversations with workers, managers, and business owners. The training will also cover broader collective action strategies and how communities can organize to protect one another.
After the training, participants will head out in pairs for a workplace canvass across Spokane County to immediately put these skills into practice.
Already trained? You are welcome to join for the canvass only at 1 PM.
