Join us in community for our annual Winter Party & Membership Meeting! At 6pm, we will be gathering together in the lobby of the Community Building for warmth and relationship as we celebrate another year of building beloved community, provide an activities and financial report, have great conversation, games, and break bread together!
PJALS will be providing soup (including vegetarian and vegan options) and bread from Soulful Soups). Please fill out this easy form to let us know you will be attending to provide an accurate food count.
We are including an optional Dessert Potluck & Recipe Exchange to provide an opportunity for those who would like to share a special dessert with others. If you have a special dessert you would like to bring and share, please check the box on the form. We are also asking folks bringing desserts to bring the recipe (or email to Shar @ [email protected] to print.)
We will also have space on the mezzanine for folks who would like to engage in board/card games. If you are one of these folks and have a favorite game, please bring it with you to play with others.
If you need to do any holiday shopping, we will have PJALS t-shirts and stickers available as well as peace calendars. In addition, Kizuri will be open during the event and 10% of all sales will go to support PJALS.
Kids and new people are welcome!
We will also be holding a candlelight vigil to honor and mourn the Palestinian and Israeli lives lost in the rapidly escalating Israeli military action in Gaza and call for a ceasefire. Learn more about the vigil here
