Fairchild Air Force is celebrating its 75th anniversary. Join Spokane Veterans for Peace in saying no to the largest source of toxic emissions, to the dumping of fuel over our heads, to a Superfund site, to the ongoing poisoning of our air and water, to refueling bombers wreaking devastation in Yemen and elsewhere.
Saturday July 29, 10am-1pm, at the Fairchild Main Gate, Hiway 2
We are gathering to protest the damage it does to our water, air, health, and economy as it fuels massive and wanton international destruction. In these 75 years, America has gone from a war-weary, peace-seeking nation to a nation at perpetual war around the globe. This is not what our founders envisioned – it is truly un-American.
